So far, I've learned that yeah, I'm going through a hard time right now, but if I want things to get better I have to put effort into it and I have to care about myself more. I'm really thankful for this website/app.

I'm 14 and I don't have any memory of the event but I was sexually abused. I've been battling verbal and emotional abuse from my family and I just wanted to reach out to someone. I'm glad I found a new religion I love and that I found 7 cups!

Thanks to the support from this website and everybody on it, I've slowly been able to start recovering from my girlfriend cheating on me and leaving me. As painful as it's been, the support I've gotten here has helped me to start to pick up the pieces of my life and try to move on and learn to live more comfortably without her

Level 90. I'm not going to say I'm the greatest but I could be worse off then I am. No ones perfect so I have no reason to complain
