Today, I have come to the realization that no matter what you are suffering with or having troubles with, someone else is experiencing the same thing. If you can find those people to be able to share with and relate to, it makes all of your problems seem a little more trivial and that they aren't so bad.

Step 30! I've learned that I have someone who cares enough about me that they won't ever give up on me.

I've made it to level 10 but I feel I haven't grown at all. I'm still just as bad off as when I first logged on. I'm going to give it another chance tho because you never know, I guess😞🙄😏🙂

I feel the same way, I just hit 20 and don't feel like it's really doing much, but I'm prone to giving up, and I am still here and going. I have contacted my doctor and gotten numbers for people who can help, it's tough, but you getting better depends on yourself and your own determination to get better. That's how I've been seeing it. I saw I need help in the first place and I'm sticking to it.<3
