I've learned that it's okay to accept my faults.
@anxiously that's awesome...I'm still working on that. You should feel proud of yourself :)
i just reached step #10 i can't believe that i completed 10 goals in 10 days. im very happy
@itsnina01 Great job on your first 10 steps, keep on climbing!
And woah, 10 goals in 10 days! That's super awesome and I'm glad for you as well!
This journey is a lot tougher than it looked like it would be. I see so many other people looking like they're making great progress. And then I wonder why I can't do that, too, and I feel frustrated.
@courageousYard8376 I feel like that too sometimes, but then I realise that they haven't had to deal with the things I have, and I haven't dealt with the things they have. The point is that we are not the same people, with the same experiences. If I'm a fish and I think 'hey why am I not like that tree?' I'll spend my whole life not being a fish, feeling like a lousy tree. So be who you are, take your own amount of time the deal with your own amount of things. No one else can be you in this moment, so it's ok just to be as you are.
I'm on step #86 and the biggest thing I've learned is that I need to spend more time caring for myself so I can be the best person for my members.

I guess i have to accept my pain and continue to suffer
@TortueDesBois
I certainly hope not. I don't get the teachings here that state something to that extent. What kind of pain are you in?
Accepted myself :)
@BearyButterfly That is awesome, enjoy it :)
I reached #10 and I realized that there is someone out there to listen to me..
@Henecia And there always will be :) <3
@BearyButterfly Thanks.. It means a lot to me..
congrats to everyones progress
Great job!
@Vanessa19755 thank you :)
On #95 and still don't feel like I've learned much. I suppose indirectly I'm realizing the importance of forming good habits. Still don't know how long I can keep coming back here as it doesn't really offer much other then the chat and forums. I don't feel comfortable opening up too much to people I don't know, so I don't know how long I can keep up the routine of never ending motivational videos, gratitude journals, and finding two things you did well.
@Krank you said you find it hard to open up, yet you just found the courage to do it. I was talking to a listener last night who told me not to give up on being present and keeping on trying because if I just try long enough one day it will click and I will feel better. Hang on in there
I'm heartbroken and I'm scared this pain will never end
@darkdepths Aww, *Hugs* Let any of the listeners know if you need any help, we are here for you!
We will be here to guide and assist you in your path of healing. I've confidence that you can walk out of the pain! :)
