I've learned the importance of reaching out and finding a supportive community, sticking with them and taking the steps to build a life of emotional stability. Thanks for 7cups - a calming, inclusive place where you can feel at home with your emotions. I'm continuing to learn a lot here, and I'm excited to continue on my Growth Path to get through this difficult period in my life.
:)
@goldenThinker9313 Wow! That's very beautifully said! I'm so glad to know how can be a calming, inclusive place for yourself. A place where you can feel at home and get comfortable with your emotions. Keep on learning and sharing! All the best for many more steps on your Growth Path <3
Staying focused and calm.
@EbbandFl0w Good. Keep up the attitude.
I,ve learned that I am going to be able to control the way I think and feel and that makes me happy to know that one day I will stomp the panic attacks
@FriendlyGrizzlyBear Very well said. Best wishes.![]()
I learned that I need to have a schedule, but it doesn't need to be ridiculously rigid.
@bluecats Following a schedule brings in a clear perspective and discipline. But keep room for flexibility. Way to go. Best wishes.
I've learned that this is a process that is going to take time, and to honour each step of this journey no matter how small. I am also learning how to better explain parts of my anxiety with others who don't understand what I'm going through. A lot of my frustration with my issues has to do with feeling alone and misunderstood, so being able to put my feelings into words is a big step!
@bloominoranges Many a times our anxieties arises from the fact that we r not clear as to what/where the problem is.When u are not confused, u r able to better express and hence be less misunderstood. Also be assured that every small step u take counts. Best wishes.
