I learned that meditation helps me, especially body awareness meditation. At first it felt like a waste of time, that I should be doing something more productive - but eventually I realised that winding down, and just breathing for 5 minutes can calm me a lot.

I just reached 20. I learned that when you think about it there is something to be grateful for everyday.
