I just finished the first step and I learned that it is important to see the positive side of things.

@carmypiggy Admitting that you need help and asking for it by yourself is a tough task. I was hesitating to join for about a week.
I've learned that I'm not as completely alone as I thought.
I'm on step 20. I have learned that I am able to work through my problems if I keep at it and not give up. It'll still be quite a long time, but that's okay, too.
