Only on level 20, but I have learned to always keep trying and to perservere. Some days I go for a span of time without visiting this site, but then I come back and feel realigned again :).

#20. Still struggling with forgiving myself. Learned that I've been trying to prove a theory of my badness since my trauma. Learned I need to forgive myself. Still reluctant, but there is a slight improvement I can admit to :)
