#10.

I learned that it is important to let go of things even if it is for a short time and listen to yourself.

I reached step 10 today! Definitely making steps, only tiny baby ones and I often slip back. But moving forward all the same.

It's ok to be happy, its ok to celebrate feeling ok. Just as when a diabetic's blood sugar is down to normal levels it doesn't mean they aren't diabetic anymore and its a great thing worth congratulating, so to is it good to enjoy the moments you aren't drowning in your depression (or whatever else you struggle with).

@srebz

Thats such a good mindset to have !not being so hard on yourself really is so important! You deserve your understanding and patience as much, if not more than the other people on your life.
