Sometimes, when your life seems to be falling apart,

It's actually falling into place. ❤️

@blueAngel00

And it's okay to take our time through the falling apart and falling into place.❤

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou

And it's ok if we don't even recognize it's falling into place, when it is.

Just so long as we always TRY to be aware of the possibility that it could be what's really going on, even though that awareness can be really difficult to evoke sometimes. 🥺

So my boyfriend dying 3 weeks ago at age 38 that was supposed to happen? Leaving everyone who loved him lost and alone. I don't get how him being gone is helping things fall in place.

@determinedTree3755

No comment on the substance of the original post, but just wanted to say I'm so sorry for your loss. That sounds terrible, painful, and disorienting.

@determinedTree3755 That can leave one in a vacuum without emotional support, that hurts, I'm so sorry you're in the middle of picking yourself up like that. Losing a partner is like losing a part of ourselves quite literally.

@determinedTree3755 I absolutely am not suggesting that! I'm so sorry if I wasn't clear in my intent, because I think a few of you completely misunderstand the message I was trying to convey.

The post is basically just saying not EVERYthing that appears bad, is necessarily a negative ULTIMATELY...in the grand scheme of things. I am the first to say bad things happen, sometimes for no reason whatsoever. But there are also things that happen that appear bad, and appear to have no reason, at least none we can think of or understand, but ultimately they benefit us. We just can't see the reason untill the effect of the instance surfaces. And that might not happen for a long time.

I'm so sorry for your loss, and I completely understand how you feel, why you feel that way, and why things like my original post make no sense to you at this time in your life. And I'm not trying to suggest losing your boyfriend will end up being beneficial for you. In fact I'm positive that right now, not only you probably can't fathom the idea, but you couldn't come up with anything that could come close to benefiting you by losing him. But we don't know what the future brings, or why at this point in time he stepped aside, so to speak. We may never know.

I just made that post to remind people that there's the POSSIBILITY that what seems to be bringing us down right NOW, might actually be the catalyst that brings us up, at some point in the FUTURE. In no way did I mean a bad experience isn't truly a bad thing, or anything like that.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to convey. I honestly didn't intend to offend anyone, or be insulting, or minimize the resulting effect and pain anyone feels due to a tragedy they've experienced, such as you are. If I did, please accept my heartfelt and deepest apologies.

Big huge [virtual] hugs to you, ❤️ and hopefully your pain will begin to subside, at least a little, sooner rather than later.

@blueAngel00 Crashing and burning is a necessary aspect of succeeding, it's a matter of being brave enough to deconstruct ourselves is only when we can rebuild even better.

@miraculousParadise2759 Again, I think my my message has been misunderstood. I completely agree with you, and I wasn't trying to say people shouldn't acknowledge their feelings, or that they should ignore the devastation they feel. In particular I'd never suggest they do so because what they experienced "isn't REALLY bad, it's actually a good thing".

I totally understand how someone wouldn't know good if they never experienced bad, or wouldn't recognize happiness if they never experienced sadness.

Please read my reply to determinedTree3755 for more clarification, thank you.
