Q1: Name two things that have given you courage this week.
1. remembering bravery is worthless if you're never afraid.
2. forcing myself to look at the progress i've made in goals that felt huge.
Q2: How courageous are you feeling out of 10 this week?
since lockdown started i have felt 10 because i've had to be just to keep going.
Q3: What do you do to heal?
i want to heal my wounds from this conflict i have been facing over and over again of wanting to please the ones i love and buying into what i know isn't right.

darkness, sunshine, time, unrushed, relational
