Having gratitude for those that do their best to be here is important. I have an old friend/member that I I'm so Glad they are still here to keep me informed on things to with the disability group. I am so thankful for the people that have woken me back. I hope to make a change again with being here.

What is something you're grateful for this week?

@K87 you had Covid recently that must be really frustrating? What were your symptoms?

@DonaldK

I have asthma and heart problems so my asthma was out of control and I was using my nebulizer nonstop. I had a high fever, sore throat, cough, congestion, and I slept for a week and a half of which I have almost no memory. I didn't want to call my doctor because I had a feeling that she'd want me to go to the hospital, which I probably should have, but I was too sick.

I also found out that I was positive for it 2 days before my birthday (worst present EVER!) This was my first time getting it (I did soo well for soo long😢) and it's driving me crazy that I can't figure out how I got it. The day before testing positive, I went outside for the first time in over a month, and my husband still hasn't had it, the entire time I was positive he kept testing negative. We literally sleep next to each other, but he never got it.

@K87 I am so sorry that you had Covid along with asthma. The thing with Covid is it affects each person differently I took the official required boosters along with the shot but I will not take the most recent booster. It is said to have spike proteins that can affect the body in the long term. I'm not trying to give my own advice about it I'm just Sharing the fact that I heard.

I am glad your partner did not get it. How are you feeling now do you get asthma attacks every single day?

On a sidenote what is your favorite movie music in book?

I got the 2 initial shots and the 1st booster, and was thinking about getting the 2nd for a couple of weeks before I got Covid, I wish I had gotten it. I'm planning on getting it soon, I have an upcoming doctor's appointment and I'm going to talk to her about it and then get it.
