Happy 1st Cupsiversary, Heather! It's always nice to celebrate someone's first anniversary on 7cups. We're thankful for all your contributions and patience in managing the community. I'm also very happy for you that you're now considered as one of the CMs! Heather is so sweet and understanding! She'll do everything to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. With that attitude, she's inspired me to do the same. I've learned how to acknowledge people more and appreciate their efforts. I've also learned how to be more compassionate and be open-minded in handling conflicts.

In internet safety is the most important thing, and in 7cups she has come with the ideas and work to keep it safer along with all the volunteers <3 and she is always so so kind to me whenever I have problems..which inspires me too that how to become a kind leader and why we should be as well!
