AWe don't live once, WE LIVE EVERYDAY DARLING we have EVERYDAY DAY to live soHUG URSELF PLEASE

I realised we all are so much stressed about things about everything like everything but the most important thing is our health (physical, mental emotional) bcz once they are fked up thn that will bcm the only main problem in accordance of staying alive

But thats what we are feed from childhood we we bcm a horse ling time ago like race horse who forgot they can stop amd continue again at any point

Life is easy life is beautiful if we think and live it like one

Sometimes our trauma which got in our early age when all we deserved to know was how to dress up Barbie or love cars we got scars we got wounds that are still fresh that are still bleeding and if IAM wearing my shoes thn those scars those wounds had made that adhesions that are not easy to pull out even that now even when i want to give the best care to our wounds it feels like we doing something wrong and we shrink back again we withholded it too much that now even thinking about standing for our own self feels strangefull.

I feel like iam having parts of me one who wants to break every chain and fly even with wounded wings but one who is scared of even hurting or touching those chains

I like when people smile bcz it shoes they are fighting they are fighting to stay alive they deserve so much appreciation but things like this don't even i stand Infront of myself.

U know i never go around a talk with people i do have trust issues and even after them coming right i still walked on path

Trust is not only when u trust someone with ur pounds sometimes trust is when u keep trust even on grams thats why its special

Sometimes i feel problem is in me thn a blow of air will slap on my face saying what's meant for me will come even from the depth of ocean or tip of mountains

I'll just say life people work job money everything is hard every freaking thing atkeas6lets just be easy on our own self at least let us be there to hug our own self bcz if we won't be qith our own self thn who will be?

I recently joined 7cups idk it will help or not but we all are human we are called ashraf al makhloqat means superior of all creations of God

So lets just stay up to it qith kindness love and warmth that can give warmth to cold one and easy the warm one.
