I sat down and made myself a grocery list and stuck to the whole thing!

Well, almost....I last minute saw this fancy small batch very hipster whole bean coffee and went temporarily insane.

So now I have an urgent need to be yelled at by an insecure libra about my unbalanced choices. Fun!

Anyway refocusing...yes good for me for making a list and only deviating a little, passing Tim Hortons without buying ALL THE DONUTS and almost normally conversing with another shopper whose kind words took me out of my frenzy looking for a ripe avocado.

Whoever you are kind fellow shopper, your humanitarian efforts to pull me from the brink of a breakdown were noticed 🥺 🙏🏼 💕
