Good Advice
If you want, or have kids, what is the biggest lesson you want them to know?
Ooof sooo many!
To start with, to be their own person and that It's okay to cry, whine, crib, show anger, feel their feelings, plus express them too.
I feel, too many adults struggling with feelings and emotional management now were once kids who didn't know they were part of this living group on Earth that is supposed to have emotions and feel things and express them too, kids who didn't have a safe space to share how they feel and about their thoughts, kids who were supposed to show up for those around and grow up before time, kids who never felt heard or validated, kids who never really got to be just a "kid". (':
Yet to come across a parent whose first statement to their crying child isn't "don't cry" OR "it's fine, stop crying now" even if they mean well. :0
(If you're a parent reading this and you allow your children to be themself, feel their feelings and express themself in a safe and inclusive way~ I appreciate you loads💛)

Just one.
Be the best version of yourself. Everyone will have different perspectives but what matters the most is how you see yourself.
