How did positivity and gratitude help you achieve more than just getting by? What specific things did you learn that changed the game for you?

@communicativePond1728 tw)when I was 18 I was rescued from my owners, since then I've been met with nothing but kindness from people. If it wasn't for the kindness of others I would not of been here today. Also I had nothing for 18 years, now I am so grateful and thankful that I have more than anyone could ever need. I believe there are more good people than bad people in this world, I am gonna live the best life I can, be as positive as I can, I been given a chance at life now. I don't plan on wasting it ❤

@Tinywhisper11

Do you think being positive and grateful helped you find the right people (Or helped them find you.) and if so what would you say to someone in a similar situation who was losing hope? And what are some of the things being grateful and positive allows you to do and experience?

@communicativePond1728 first of all I would give you a giant tiny hug ❤❤squeezes you tightly ❤ I got lucky, that's all. Good things and good people are out there and we care about you ❤ never give up on kindness of strangers, never give up on yourself or on humans. Do you believe in God, buddha, or a higher greatness? Cause faith help a me alot, having something to believe in, someone to talk to. You can't find happiness you have to create happiness. Gives you another hug, we are all here for you, I care about you ❤

Being positive about the future is always a good thing, I think when I was younger like under 12 the main thing that got me by was just living in the present and letting things come my way, not trying to stop them or fight them.

Practicing gratitude has helped me get through panic attacks. It’s similar to the 5-4-3-2-1 rule, but instead I would look around and make eye contact with things and ppl I was grateful for.
