Proud of myself
I did something out of my comfort zone, and it was amazing, I went to a human library, a human library is a library of books/humans that share experiences and life stories, I had 30 minutes to sit one on one with the books, I had enough time to pick three and I chose African American, Survivor of suicide loss, and depression. I'm so proud of myself for not letting my anxiety get to me, I went and had a great time meeting new people, sharing experiences, and learning. Would love to attend another one sometime. Please feel free to share any small wins you had for this week.

What a courageous step you took! 🌟 Attending the human library, facing anxiety head-on, and immersing yourself in those powerful stories—it's truly inspiring. 🏣 Your openness and willingness to learn and connect touched my heart. 🌈 As for me, this week, I conquered a fear and gave a heartfelt speech in front of my peers. 🎤🌟 Let's keep embracing these moments of growth and connection! 💪✨
That's amazing, public speaking is hard for me and so many other people, I had the opportunity once to do a public speaking competition, I had a major panic attack, but from that I learned some lessons about being able to say no to others, and about my anxiety. Hopefully someday I will be able to give it another try! Thanks for sharing! ☺️
