Today is Ramadan in my country 🕌🌙 Alhamdulillah. 😊
I woke up for Tahajjud in the calm of the night 🤲🏻🌌, had suhoor with gratitude 🥣💛, and prayed Fajr as the sky slowly brightened 🌅✨ Such a peaceful and beautiful start to this blessed month.

It’s pretty hard to describe my situation, actually 😅 It’s a mix of temporary self-hatred, fear and really bad exhaustion. I constantly feel like I’m having to mediate a conflict with myself all the time. And I know it is a cycle, I struggle a few months, then have the best time the next few months, then I go back to struggling. I can’t trust myself and often wonder whether I am being super dramatic or need help.
But please don’t worry too much, because I have good news: I have an appointment with therapist in 1-2 weeks 🥳👍 And I noticed that my motivation to do stuff slowly comes back, that’s always a good sign 😉✨
And I’m a girl 🤗 gotta add that to my bio 😬😅
One day at a time is a good approach, same goes for me 💪💞 Keep going, you deserve only the best 💗
