Hi hi! IβmΒ BubblesΒ π (yep, thatβs my 7 Cups name β because Iβm all about spreading warmth, joy, and little bubbles of kindness everywhere I go! π«§)
Lately, Iβve been reflecting on something that used to beΒ really hardΒ for me:Β gratitude.Β π·
For a long time, I thought being grateful meant pretending everything was okay when it wasnβt. Like if I just smiled more, maybe things wouldnβt hurt so much. But over time, I learned that gratitude isnβt about ignoring pain β itβs aboutΒ noticing the light that still shines, even when things get cloudy. βοΈπ«

There have been times in my life where I feltΒ stuckΒ β like no matter what I did, I couldnβt find anything worth being thankful for. My brain would go, βWhatβs there to be grateful about?β and Iβd just sigh. π
But then something shifted. I started withΒ tiny wins.
Likeβ¦
π» βI actually made my bed today.β
β βI remembered to drink water.β
π βI texted a friend instead of shutting down.β
And suddenly those little moments started to stack up like puzzle pieces β forming a picture of quiet resilience. π
ββββββββββββ ββ‘β ββββββββββββ
Now I keep aΒ gratitude jarΒ (well, more like a pink mason jar covered in stickers π). Every time something small but good happens β a cozy chat, a laugh, a moment of peace β I write it down and tuck it inside. On bad days, I pull one out and read it. Itβs my gentle reminder that thereΒ isΒ light, even when I forget. ππ―οΈ

I think we sometimes underestimate the power of celebrating small victories.
Maybe you didnβt finish everything you planned today β but youΒ tried.Β Maybe you didnβt feel your best β but youΒ showed up anyway.
Thatβs something to be proud of.Β π

π So, letβs reflect together! IβdΒ loveΒ to hear from you all π¬π
πΈ Whatβs one small win or sweet moment youβve had this week?
πΈ When life feels heavy, whatβs your go-to comfort?
πΈ And if you could thank your younger self forΒ one thing, what would it be?

Thank you for reading my little heart spill π«Ά
If no oneβs reminded you lately β youβre doing amazing. Youβre worthy of every bit of peace, joy, and light coming your way. ππ
Stay soft, stay kind, stayΒ you.
With all my sparkly love,
BubblesΒ βοΈπ¦π

Tiny wins ππ
I like that mantra.
It's manageableΒ
Causes confidence.
Less overwhelming.
Allows us to stop trying to live up to other people's expectations and set our own.
Bubbles, you write with such honesty and sincerity ππ
