🌸🫧 Hi there, I’m Lex 🫧🌸

Welcome — I’m so glad you found your way here 💖. Reaching out takes courage, and I want you to know you don’t have to go through things alone anymore. When you chat with me, you’ll step into a safe space that’s filled with gentleness, patience, and care.

✧˖°⌖⊹₊ ⊹₊⌖°˖✧

🌼 Availability 🌼
☀️ I’m usually around 9am–9pm (weekends included).
☁️ Sometimes notifications don’t come through, so if I don’t reply right away, don’t worry — I’ll get back to you as soon as I see your message.
🌙 I take personal requests/PMs only — so even if I look offline, you can still send me a note.
🌸 Chats are usually 30–45 minutes, but if you’d like to connect long-term, I’m more than happy to be a steady listener over time.
💌 Feedback means so much to me — if you feel supported, leaving a review helps me grow and connect with others.

✧˖°⌖⊹₊ ⊹₊⌖°˖✧

🎧 My Listening Style 🎧

🌿 My style is soft, validating, and steady. I don’t rush you or push you to share more than you want. Instead, I’ll hold space for your feelings, sit with you through the heavy stuff, and remind you that you matter.

🌿 I believe in walking beside you — I won’t “fix” things for you, but I’ll help you notice your own strength and resilience. I’ll ask gentle, thoughtful questions to help you reflect, and I’ll always lead with empathy.

🌿 You’ll never be “too much” here. No matter how messy, foggy, or heavy things feel, I’ll be there to listen without judgment.

🌿 I also know that sometimes the best support is guiding you to someone else — if I think another listener could help more, I’ll be honest and kind about that.

🌿 At the heart of it all, I want you to leave each chat feeling a little lighter, a little safer, and a little more seen than before.

✧˖°⌖⊹₊ ⊹₊⌖°˖✧

🌷 About Me 🌷
🌸 I’m 21 and currently in college, studying psychology, education, and human development. Helping others is something I feel deeply called to do, and 7 Cups is one of my favorite ways to offer support.
🌸 I’ve been listening on Cups since March, though I’ve been offering support for around 4 years now.

🌸 I’m bubbly and lighthearted (hence my name 🫧), but I also bring calmness and grounding energy to my chats. I can be a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly and love meaningful connections.
🌸 Outside of Cups, you’ll usually find me watching Grey’s Anatomy, The Resident, The Rookie, or Station 19,playing sports, or catching up on some much-needed rest 🌙.
🌸 The areas I take include: anxiety, depression, breakups, PTSD, eating disorders, self-esteem struggles, bullying, self-harm, and weight management.

✧˖°⌖⊹₊ ⊹₊⌖°˖✧

✨ My Roles at 7 Cups ✨
Along with listening, I’m also active in the community in many ways:
🌼 Verified Listener & Peer Support
🌼 ATL & Chat Support
🌼 Listener Chatroom Supporter & Chatroom Mentor
🌼 Teen Chatroom Mentor & Community Mod
🌼 Community Leader & Listener Verifier

These roles simply reflect how much I care about supporting both members and listeners here at 7 Cups.

✧˖°⌖⊹₊ ⊹₊⌖°˖✧

🚫 Topics I Don’t Take 🚫
Just so you know upfront, here are the areas I’m not the best fit for:
❌ Sex, sexual health, or relationship-related topics
❌ Financial struggles
❌ Disabilities
❌ Chronic pain

If you’d like to talk about these, I’ll gently point you toward another listener who may be more equipped to support you.

✧˖°⌖⊹₊ ⊹₊⌖°˖✧

🌸 A Gentle Reminder 🌸
This is your space. You don’t have to have the “right words,” and you don’t need to apologize for your feelings. I’ll meet you right where you are — with empathy, patience, and care. Healing takes time, and you don’t have to walk through it alone.

₊˚ ‿︵‿︵‿︵୨୧ · · ♡ · · ୨୧‿︵‿︵‿︵ ˚₊

💬 Quotes I hold close to my heart:
🌱 “Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means it no longer controls you.”
🌙 “Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is just show up.”
🫧 “Even the tiniest bubbles can lift the heaviest waves.”

Positivity & Gratitude / by LexListens2025

...See more Hi everyone! ♡ I’m a listener here on 7 Cups, and one thing I really value about listening is being able to sit with someone through whatever they’re feeling. I try to listen without judgment, without rushing, and without trying to “fix” everything. Sometimes people just need someone to hear them and remind them that their feelings matter. 🫶🏻 Mental health can be such a complicated journey. Some days we feel okay, and other days simply getting through the day can feel like a huge accomplishment. Struggling doesn’t always look the way people expect it to. Sometimes we smile, laugh, go to work, talk to people, and still carry things inside that nobody can see. The difficult moments in life can change us in ways we never expected. They can teach us about our strength, our boundaries, what we need, and sometimes even who we really are. That doesn’t mean the pain was necessary or that we should be grateful for everything we went through. Some things simply hurt. But sometimes, when we look back, we can see little pieces of growth that came from surviving those moments. And maybe that’s something we don’t talk about enough. You can still be struggling and still be growing. You can have bad days and still be making progress. You don’t have to have everything figured out to be proud of how far you’ve come. 🌱 So I wanted to leave a little question for everyone today: 🌷 What’s something difficult you went through that taught you something valuable? 🌷 It can be something big or something small. You don’t have to share anything you aren’t comfortable with. Sometimes even recognizing what we’ve learned from our journey can remind us just how much we’ve grown. 💗 And as always, my PMs are open if anyone needs a chat, a listening ear, or simply somewhere to let their thoughts out. You don’t have to carry everything alone. 🫂 ♡ Be gentle with yourself today. ♡

...See more hi, lovely humans. ☁️ if we haven't met yet, my name is Lex, and i'm one of the listeners here on 7 Cups. being a listener means so much to me. i love being able to give people a safe place to talk, be honest, and feel heard without judgment. i don't think listening is about fixing someone or having all the answers. sometimes people just need someone to sit beside them through the hard moments and remind them that their feelings are okay to have. everyone deserves to feel seen and understood. 🌿 mental health can make life feel really heavy sometimes. there are days when we're doing our best just to get through the day. we can smile, talk to people, and act like everything is okay while carrying so much underneath. sometimes we're tired in ways sleep can't fix, and sometimes our minds hold onto things our hearts are begging us to release. letting go can be one of the hardest parts of healing. sometimes we hold onto old memories because they're all we have left of something. sometimes we hold onto people who hurt us because we still love them. sometimes we hold onto guilt, anger, regret, or the version of ourselves we used to be. and sometimes we don't even realize how heavy something has become until we finally try to put it down. 🌸 but letting go doesn't mean what happened didn't matter. it doesn't mean you have to forgive someone before you're ready. it doesn't mean you have to forget. and it definitely doesn't mean you have to stop caring. sometimes letting go simply means deciding that something doesn't get to control your future anymore. life can be incredibly hard, and healing isn't always about becoming a completely different person. sometimes it's about learning how to carry your past without letting it weigh down every step you take. you deserve to have room in your heart for new things too. 🤍 so today, i want to gently ask: 🌿 what are you still holding onto? maybe it's a person, a memory, a regret, a fear, an old version of yourself, or something you haven't quite found the words for yet. you don't have to share anything you're not comfortable with. even recognizing it quietly to yourself is a form of progress. 🌼 and please remember that you don't have to carry everything alone. if you ever need someone to talk to, vent to, or simply sit with you through a difficult moment, my PMs are always open. no judgment, no pressure. just a listening ear. 🤍 be gentle with yourself today. you've been carrying enough already. 🌷

...See more hi, lovely humans. 🌼 if we haven't met yet, my name is Lex, and i'm one of the listeners here on 7 Cups. i'm so happy our paths crossed. one of my favorite things about being a listener is getting to remind people that they don't have to carry everything on their own. i love being able to offer a quiet, judgment-free space where people can show up exactly as they are. no masks, no pressure, no expectation to have the "right" words. to me, listening isn't about fixing someone's life or finding the perfect advice. it's about making sure someone feels seen. it's about holding space for their story, celebrating their victories, sitting with them through the difficult moments, and reminding them that they matter especially on the days they forget. ☁️ mental health and healing are rarely as simple as people make them seem. we often hear phrases like "just keep going" or "time heals everything," but healing is so much more complicated than that. some days you feel like you're making progress. other days it feels like you're right back where you started. sometimes old memories come back when you least expect them. sometimes you're grieving a version of yourself you miss. sometimes you're exhausted from carrying things that nobody else can see. and through all of that, you keep trying. that deserves so much more credit than we give ourselves. 🌷 healing doesn't mean your story disappears. it doesn't erase the difficult chapters or pretend they never happened. instead, it gently teaches us how to carry them differently. every experience, every challenge, every heartbreak, every setback, and every moment you thought you wouldn't make it has become part of the person you are today. your story has shaped your kindness. it has shaped your empathy. it has shaped the way you care for others, the way you notice when someone is hurting, and the strength you've built without even realizing it. that doesn't mean you're grateful for everything you've been through. some things should never have happened. but it does mean that your story is so much bigger than your pain. you are not only the chapters that hurt. you are also the chapters where you got back up. the chapters where you kept going. the chapters that are still being written. 🍃 so i'd love to gently ask you something. 🤍 what part of your story made you stronger? there's no right or wrong answer, and there's absolutely no pressure to share anything you're not comfortable sharing. maybe it's something you've overcome. maybe it's a lesson you've learned. maybe it's a person who changed your life. or maybe your answer is simply, "i'm still figuring that out." whatever your story looks like, it belongs here. 🌼 before i go, i just want to remind you how proud i am of you. you've made it through every day that brought you here, and that's something worth recognizing. thank you for being part of this beautiful community and for making it a place where people can feel a little less alone. and if you ever need someone to sit with you, listen, or simply remind you that your story matters, my PMs are always open. be gentle with yourself. your story isn't over yet, and i have a feeling there are still so many beautiful chapters waiting to be written. 🤍

...See more hi, lovely humans. if we haven't met yet, my name is Lex and i'm one of the listeners here on 7 Cups. as a listener, one of the most important things to me is making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for. i don't believe listening is about fixing someone or finding the perfect thing to say. sometimes it's simply sitting beside someone during a difficult moment and reminding them that they don't have to face it completely alone. everyone has a story. everyone has feelings they struggle to put into words. and everyone deserves a space where those feelings can exist without judgment. ☁️ some days are just hard. sometimes we wake up already exhausted. sometimes our minds won't quiet down. sometimes everything feels like too much, even when we can't explain exactly why. and sometimes we do everything we're "supposed" to do and the day still hurts. mental health can make us feel like difficult moments are going to last forever. when you're deep inside a bad day, it can be hard to imagine feeling differently tomorrow. but today is only today. 🌿 it doesn't get to decide what every day after it will look like. 🌷 hope doesn't always have to be something huge. hope can be wishing tomorrow feels a little less lonely. it can be hoping you wake up with a little more energy. it can be wanting one genuine laugh, one comforting conversation, one moment where your mind finally feels quiet. maybe you're hoping for courage. maybe you're hoping for answers. maybe you just want a break from carrying so much. and maybe right now, your only hope is that tomorrow hurts a little less than today did. that's enough. 🤍 🌱 there's something beautiful about allowing ourselves to believe that things can change, even when we don't know when or how. tomorrow doesn't have to magically fix everything. you don't have to wake up as a completely different person. you don't need to have everything figured out. healing rarely happens overnight. sometimes tomorrow simply gives us another chance. another chance to rest. another chance to reach out. another chance to notice something beautiful. another chance to try again. and sometimes, that little bit of possibility is worth holding onto. 🌼 so if today didn't give you what you needed, i want to gently ask... 🌙 what do you hope tomorrow brings that today couldn't? maybe it's peace. maybe it's happiness. maybe it's strength, connection, forgiveness, motivation, or simply a little bit of relief. whatever your answer is, you're welcome to leave it here. and if you're not ready to share, that's completely okay too. you can simply sit with the question for a while. 🤍 🌷 before you go, i hope you give yourself some credit for making it through today. even if today wasn't productive. even if you struggled. even if all you managed to do was get through it. i'm proud of you for still being here and giving tomorrow the chance to be different. and if tonight feels a little lonely or you simply need someone to listen, my PMs are always open. 🤍 be gentle with yourself tonight. today may have been heavy, but tomorrow hasn't been written yet. 🌙🌿

...See more hi, lovely humans. 🌼 if we haven't met yet, my name is Lex and i'm one of the listeners here on 7 Cups. i'm so happy you're here. one of the reasons i became a listener is because i know what it feels like to carry things that are difficult to explain. i know how much of a difference it can make when someone simply sits with you, listens without judgment, and reminds you that your feelings matter. to me, listening isn't about having all the answers. it's about creating a space where people can breathe, feel safe, and know they don't have to pretend they're okay. everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. ☁️ mental health isn't always loud. sometimes it looks like showing up with a smile while your mind is exhausted. sometimes it looks like answering "i'm fine" because explaining everything feels impossible. sometimes it's celebrating tiny victories that no one else notices—getting out of bed, eating a meal, replying to a message, making it through another day. there are so many battles that happen quietly, behind closed doors and behind gentle smiles. just because someone can't see your pain doesn't mean it isn't real. 🌷 being misunderstood can be one of the loneliest feelings. people might only see your silence, but not the thoughts racing through your mind. they might see you cancel plans, but not the anxiety it took just to consider going. they might see you pulling away, but not the fear of becoming a burden. they might see someone who "seems okay," while missing the strength it takes just to keep going. we spend so much time wondering if anyone will ever truly understand us. the truth is, you shouldn't have to earn compassion by proving how much you're hurting. your feelings are valid, even when they're invisible to everyone else. 🍃 and then there's survival. survival doesn't always look dramatic. sometimes survival is getting through an ordinary Tuesday when your heart feels heavy. sometimes it's choosing to stay when everything inside you wants to give up. sometimes it's taking one shaky step forward after taking three steps back. sometimes it's simply whispering, "i'll try again tomorrow." the world often celebrates big milestones, but it doesn't always notice the quiet courage it takes to keep showing up. if you're reading this today, you've already survived every difficult day that's brought you here. that strength deserves to be acknowledged, even if no one else has seen it. please don't forget this: you are so much more than your hardest moments. you are not defined by what you've been through. and even if your progress feels slow, it is still progress. 🌸 if you'd like to share, i'd love to hear from you. 🤍 what's something about you that people often misunderstand? 🌿 what's something you've survived that people don't see? there's no pressure to share something big. your answer can be one sentence, one word, or simply reading everyone else's responses. however you choose to participate is enough. 🌼 before i go, i just want to say how incredibly proud i am of you. life can be so heavy sometimes, yet here you are still trying, still learning, still taking things one day at a time. that matters more than you know. thank you for being here and for making this community the warm, caring place that it is. if you ever need someone to listen, my PMs are always open. you don't have to carry everything by yourself. be gentle with your heart today. it's been carrying you through more than most people will ever know.

...See more Hi everyone. 💛 My name is Lex and I'm one of the listeners here on 7 Cups. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and create a little space where you can slow down for a minute. To me, listening isn't about having the perfect advice or fixing someone's problems. It's about sitting beside someone in their hardest moments and reminding them they don't have to carry everything alone. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give another person is simply being there, listening without judgment, and letting them know their feelings matter. Mental health is something so many of us struggle with, even if it doesn't always look that way from the outside. Some days we're able to smile, go to work or school, laugh with friends, and keep moving forward. Other days, just getting out of bed or making it through the day feels like climbing a mountain. Both experiences are real, and both deserve kindness. People often talk about healing, self-care, and staying positive, but they don't always talk about the lonely parts of mental health. They don't talk about how exhausting it can be to pretend you're okay, how guilty you can feel for struggling, or how isolating it is when no one sees the battles happening inside your mind. Healing isn't always a straight line. Sometimes it means taking one tiny step forward and two steps back. That doesn't mean you're failing it means you're human. No matter what you're facing, please remember that your struggles don't make you weak. The fact that you're still here, still trying, and still choosing to keep going says so much about your strength, even if you can't see it right now. You are capable of growing, healing, and finding moments of peace, even if today doesn't feel like that kind of day. So I'd love to ask you something. 💭 What are you carrying that no one else knows about? There's no pressure to share anything you're not comfortable with. Whether your answer is long, short, or simply "I'm struggling," this is a space where you can be heard without judgment. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you ever need someone to listen, my PMs are always open. You don't have to carry everything by yourself. Sometimes sharing even a small piece of your story can make the weight feel a little lighter. Take care of yourselves you matter more than you know. 🤍

💛 Your Emotions Matter 💛
Newbie Hub / by LexListens2025

...See more Hi everyone! 🌸 For those who haven't met me yet, I'm Lex, a verified listener here on 7 Cups. I've had the privilege of supporting so many incredible members through conversations filled with laughter, tears, uncertainty, hope, and healing. Being a listener has taught me that one of the greatest gifts we can give someone isn't having the perfect words—it's making them feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. One thing I've learned, both through listening and through my own mental health journey, is that our emotions matter. Every emotion has something to tell us. Even the ones we'd rather avoid sadness, anxiety, anger, guilt, loneliness, frustration they aren't "bad" emotions. They're signals. They help us understand what we need, what we've experienced, and what our hearts might be trying to say. A huge part of healing is simply learning to name what we're feeling without judging ourselves for it. Instead of saying, "I shouldn't feel this way," we can gently say, "I'm feeling overwhelmed today." Or "I'm carrying grief."Or "I'm feeling hopeful." That small act of acknowledging and validating our emotions can be incredibly powerful. We can't always change what we're feeling straight away, but we can give ourselves permission to feel it. And sometimes that's where healing begins. So I'd love to check in with all of you today... 💙 What's one emotion you've been carrying today? There are no right or wrong answers. Whether it's joy, exhaustion, hope, fear, excitement, sadness, peace, or something you can't quite put into words yet—it's welcome here. Let's create a space where we can simply be honest with one another. Sometimes seeing someone else say, "Me too," can make us feel a little less alone. And as always, if you're struggling and need someone to listen without judgment, my messages are always open. 🤍 Whether you need to vent, celebrate a small win, or simply have someone sit beside you through a difficult moment, I'm here for you. Take gentle care of yourselves today. You deserve kindness especially from yourself. 🌼

She was really kind and empathetic. Also thank you for listening to me
I'm so thankful for the chat with her. She helped me arrange my thoughts and find solutions myself and I wa able to actively work on thing I was struggling with about my studies and able to apply. I can't believe how safe and un judged I felt. I had long messages that she considered so well and helped me collect those thoughts into productive things. I was able to go through the week so easy by first 2 chats with her and completed the task I was so worried about cause it could have wasted an year of mine in the first week of chat with her. But it's not about what she helped me solve cause that should not be something she should feel pressurised to do. But providing the space and maturity to help me feel so confident and able to do it. Thanks again, you are really thoughtful. I really appreciate the convo I had with you.💞💚
Bubbles seems like a great listener even for something he’s not been through or really good at talking about. He helped me talk through a situation and help me to get something off my chest so I don’t need therapy for certain things. Would highly recommend him!
