I'll start - one I am liking right now is "I can do more than I think I can." I'm using this to remind me that I can do more than my limiting beliefs and anxious thoughts tell me I can. It encourages me to believe in myself and take baby steps outside of my comfort zone so I can keep growing. How about you?
There are some spiritual affiramtions I like to tell over myself.
God loves me. This reminds me that there is somebody who loves me. Though it is impossible to get liked by all the people you like, this is a great reminder for those people who feel not loved by certain people. It can be social rejection.
I am capable of doing things. This reminds that nothing is impossible. Learning is a lifelong journey. Learning does not stop. We learn new things everyday.

These are great reminders! So true what you're saying about how not everyone will like us, but to have something constant like God's love is so comforting, and something stable that meets that human need for belonging. And your second one is great for keeping a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset, I love it!

Know your worth or others will decide it for you.
You matter.
Grab happiness at any opportunity it presents itself.
Live in the moment.
Pick your battles.
Not everyone will like you, but those that matter will 🥰💜

I love these! Especially the first one - it's been so important on my journey too (and is good for everyone!) to anchor in that sense of worthiness and being enough. Oooh and live in the moment is such a good reminder to stay present and mindful. I love them all! Thanks for sharing 🌻
@SilverWhiteWinters my pleasure 💜🥰

as silly as it sounds, thinking to myself "yolo" or "its not that deep" has rlly helped me w my anxiety . it helped me get out of my head and realize that nothing is that deep, so I don't have to worry about it as much.

Thanks for sharing these 🌻 It isn't silly if it helps! I'm glad you've found something that helps draw you out of anxiety - even though all feelings are valid, it can be great to have those things that give us perspective when all the worried thoughts pop up! The YOLO one I can imagine also might help with feeling brave in those times; a reminder that life is short so we should go for those things we want even if they're scary
