If you can't come up with anything you can use kind things other people have said about you. Let's show ourself some self love. 💜

Three Things I Like About Myself
(As Told to me by Others)
I like that I'm able to come up with ways to counteract and balance issues in my life.
I like that I'm courageous enough to try new things and challenge old ways of thinking and believing.
I like that I care about and value others a lot and make an effort every day to help.

@Sunthruclouds
I like my hair. I try my best to take care of it, and it feels rewarding when I brush it and feel how soft it is. It makes me feel pretty and convinces me that the rest of me is worth caring about too, as strange as that sounds.
As of late, I've come to realise my own optimism which was hidden under a layer of jaded-ness. It's made it easier to get better and I've realised that my attitude is something that I gotta nurture, and I gotta be careful what I'm feeding my brain. I have the potential to be happy, I just have to be careful what things I ask myself to care about because thoughts are a vast but valuable thing
I also like writing a lot.. I feel like I'm good at it because the idea of wanting to write when I grow up has been with me my whole life and I have the most fun when I'm playing around with words, big ones and little ones. I remembered hearing some wonderful wisdom and it's that "Writing is not difficult because you're bad, it's difficult because writing is hard and you want it to be good". I'm paraphrasing, but it was very useful to hear. It does make it a bit hard to have a casual conversation though, because I could just keep going and going. Even now, I'm illustrating the talkativeness ( ^ ~ ^ ; ) ゞ

@Sunthruclouds I don’t know about the light, but thankfully the end is there to set me free.

1. My ability to see a few to a number of positive things in my situations.
2. My abilities to think about and consider things and make decisions
3. My ability to breathe and my body's ability to use oxygen through respiration and other processes.
How about you? What are 3 things you could appreciate about yourself?
@AnonCompanion6720
That's some great things! 🌟
Thank you for the reminder. I'm going to post my list as well.
@Sunthruclouds
Thank you and you're welcome Sunthruclouds.
3 things I appreciate with myself
• My curiousity and willingness to learn
• That I am driven and determined when I want something
• My writing and communication skills
@Sunthruclouds
1. Unconditional love for everyone .
2. Being way too sensitive. It might sound weird but I feel if someone is being sensitive they're being vulnerable and I am open towards being vulnerable. I had a long time feeling guilty about this trait of mine but now I truly appreciate it, because if you feel more than others it doesn't make you any wrong.
3. Ability to make others laugh. Well it may differ from person to person
@Littlefairy28
Unconditional love for everyone. ❤❤ Aww. That is indeed a good quality.
Very insightful. I relate so much. I understand what you are saying about how being vulnerable and sensitive can really be something great as well. Although it can be a struggle sometimes and people that have this trait, being very sensitive, can at times feel like it is a weakness or a burden. But it really is amazing and beautiful. Like a hidden superpower. ❤
Thank you for sharing. 🙏
@Sunthruclouds
Yeah I understand being sensitive feels like a burden at a times it has been a struggle for myself as well that's why I thought I should see a good side of it as well. Everything has it's own beauty as well
I like my determination and perseverance. Nothing can stop me when I want to achieve something. I'm also caring and trying my best to be empathic and help others :)
