Lola, what I really really "This year for Christmas I want" the most (after joy for all humanity) is a sailboat capable of crossing the Atlantic Ocean, weathering sea storms, to sail from here to the Caribbean and then crossing the ocean to the Mediterranean. Then sailing to Morocco, Barcelona, Rome, Athens and the Aegean Islands, Istambul, the Nile, and go to Syria to visit Palmyra.
A couple of weeks ago I took a photo of the kind of sailboat I want (I went for work to Punta del Este where they stay some days before going to Antarctica). I hope you like it. I stayed half an hour admiring this magnificent boat. It's called Global Surveyor:
