You're not alone
many times I've asked for help here on 7cups for being alone, either on the forums or chats. The good news is that after hearing repeatedly from many kind voices, "You're not alone", the thought has stayed with me as a part of my self talk. I noticed this shift yesterday and I'm so grateful to everyone who made this shift happen. To all those struggling with loneliness I'll pass the same message 'You're Not Alone'. Believe in your healing. It shall happen.
