1) Today I'm grateful for all those years I got to spend with my Grandma before she left us and grateful for coffee since it helps me pull several all nighters ;)

2) A special wish for 7cups would be for it to be able to reach out to many more wounded souls.

3) Ah that's very tough to choose between two of my favourite comfort foods! But, since it's starting to get quite chilly out here, I choose pie!

4) My favourite meal of the day is the Ramen I had for breakfast.
