Thank you for sharing this. I was taught a long time ago to take a paper fold in half. On one side write negative thoughts and on the other think of a positive thought to tackle that negative one. Man- does it work alot
Motivation is a good thing to recieve from others. The question is...When will you become your own motivation? In those times when no one is their to encourage you..how will you motivate yourself? All too often we fall victim in depending on others for encouragement.
