Hi! Thanks for your message! Do you mean how does making myself a priority work? I think of it like when I am on an airplane, if cabin pressure goes out, we are instructed to put the mask on ourselves first and then assist others. If not i could pass out before assisting others and need help myself! By putting on my mask first, i can help many more people! I am also a much kinder. gentler, more patient and good listener when my needs are taken care of.
