I wanna start naming 3 things that made me happy every day, i think itll help me have a more postive view in life

For me 1) Songs did ^^ they do everyday. 2) Knowing people I care about cares about me did 3) The third thing's on its way so I'm just happy that it's happening :D

1 - It makes me happy to wake up early when the day is still and quiet.
2 - One of my cats loves to snuggle in a very human way (such as putting his paw on your hand) and it’s adorable.
3 - It’s truly remarkable to watch a child grow up. Although it’s definitely bittersweet, it also makes me happy.

1. My wife's hugs
2. Sitting on the porch of my parents home (which is 7000 km away from where i currently live)
3. listening to drum and bass music on my headphones while having an evening walk, on a quiet night.
