@SuryanshSingh I am fine I guess, just a bit tired of the drama in here. I am touched by the fact there's a donation basket so people donate food and the people who needs it take from it.

1) How are you doing today?
Today was a tough day for me as I had a migraine that carried over from yesterday into today. I tried to go to work & was able to push through and make it 1/2 way through the day but ended up having to throw in the towel & call it quits at lunch time so I was able to drive home withouth being a danger on the road. I hate having to leave early for a migraine I feel like it is such a waste. My job is very understanding thank god but I just hate not giving 100%. I believe that it has prett much subsided now but is still lingering a little bit, I am hoping when I wake up tomorrow morning it will be completely gone so I can give it my all at work.
2) Whats something that inspired or touched you recently?
A friend of my who used to work with me has inspired me beyond words. This girl has lost so much weight it is just so impressive & to top it off she is so positive & motiviating. She just fell into/took over her own dance studio & is Thriving! She is crushing goals left & right & is trying her best to motivate me & I just keep falling off. I am not giving up 100% like I normally do but I just am not where I want to be either. I am not comparing myself to her in anyway shape or form but I just would love to be free of all my demons holding me back. I share so many positive posts on social media in hopes that if I continuously see if it will help me & hopefully I will also in turn help someone else too. But then something happens that will bother me and I am right back where I started. I just want to be better. I also always thinking about a friend of mine I went to school with, same age, she passed away a couple of years ago. She went through HELL & back & NEVER complained about it, always had a smile on her face, I wish she was still around because I need that positivity. We were just starting to get reconnect again when she ended up passing away because her heart transplant failed. She left behind her beautiful daughter which I constantly see pictures of because I am friends with her parents & it just breaks my heart because she looks just like her. It just isn't fair how some of us have to leave so soon, & it is always the good ones. :( I try to channel her & be like her considering what I am going through is not even half of the pain (physically & mentally) that she went through. One day I will get there, I will be an even better version of myself than I am today. I am strong, I am a warrior, I got this!

@neatBlueberry3608 I love this energy! Im so glad to see you have such good role models beside you, and it seems like you are a very thoughtful person yourself! One thing I have learned through my journey is that real Growth and Self Care is messy, painful and at times unbearable. The best thing is to stay aware of your emotions, triggers and practice grounding yourself in the moment. Keep on staying strong, I believe in you!

Thank you I appreciate your kind words. However, I have hit a rough patch since posting this post & latley out of no where I have been feeling super tired, irritable, & just wanting to be alone & do nothing. Which is not helpful when I need to work & still take care of myself & my son & family. I am really hoping it is because I am being wheened off of one medication & then I will be titrating onto a anew one. I pray this new one works. I literally just woke up today & even sitting here writing this I could easily fall asleep but I need to head into work. Praying I eventually wake up because this just is not good at all. I am however not giving up I want to be better I just hate how long it is taking.

Hello..
1) How are you doing today?
I'm felling very well.
2) Whats something that inspired or touched you recently?
One quote written by Marco Aurélio, he was one of the last emperor of rome.
He wrote a manual (for himself), which today is known as the "Meditations."
This quote i have found reading one article and i felt very inspired.
The quote is this:
Death is knocking on your door
I think a lot about death. Many people forget the phrase: memento mori - remember, you will be dead soon.
When we know that death is near, we don't waste our time. We don't waste our precious leisure time watching TV or other forms of passive entertainment. We rush to do what we are passionate about and the work that is meaningful to us. We spend more time with our loved ones and omit superfluous people and actions from our lives.
Remembering death gives us focus.
Think of all the people who discover they have cancer or some other disease. Once they find that out, they drop all the shit they don't like to do in life - and just focus on what's important to them.
However, we all have the ability to just do what is important to us. By meditating on death daily, we will not waste a drop of our time.
Even Marco Aurélio said to himself:
Very soon you will be dead; but you are still not obstinate .
We need to be sincere for our life's task.
A simple exercise that we can do to remember life and death is this:
Consider that you died today and your life story is over; and, from now on, consider the additional time that can be given as a non-covered surplus. "- Marco Aurelio
Whenever I go to sleep, I imagine it will be the last time I go to sleep. I consider my entire life, my day, and whether I did everything in my power to help empower those around me. I only procrastinate on things that I wouldn't mind being undone if I were dead.
And when I wake up the next morning, I throw my hands up and say to myself, It's amazing to be alive! I wonder how I can use it better today to help others.
We all need to remember death knocking on our door - or else we will never focus on our lives.
1) I am doing good! Better than in the past as I learn something new everyday :)
2) I was touched by seeing some of my old things when cleaning my room, listening to nice, soothing music and seeing the new muscles in my arms and legs from working out! It's nice to see hard work payoff :)
1)how am I doing today-I'm doing good a lot of good positivity today 2) what recently inspired you)my mom😊❤️
