Adopt The Pace of Nature

As I sat on my deck yesterday and took this photo, a quote popped into my mind:

Sometimes I get so wrapped up in charging full speed ahead in life, that I miss out on moments like these that I had yesterday. I forget to slow down, take a breath, and be patient! I think we all do at times. 

You would think with 3 kids I would have a lot of patience right? 😅 Well, when it comes to them I do. However, in other areas of my life not so much. I’m so impatient on getting a better job, a better house, healing from trauma. The list goes on. 

But maybe it’s time to for me to adopt the pace of nature 🥰 Let’s all take a moment to just slow down, take a deep breath, and admire nature for a second 💕
