There have been many times that I have felt like giving up or giving in whilst you listened. never once did you interrupt me and when you did speak you were full of compassion ,sincerity, and genuine concern. We've spoken several times, and each time I'm amazed at how dedicated she is to being a listener, and how much of herself she puts into caring for and speaking with guests and members.
