Looking for a way to lift someones spirits? Sometimes all it takes is a few positive quotes or words of encouragement to immediately turn someones day around.

Leave a positive message for someone else here.

It can be anything. Maybe a thank you note? Maybe a quote? Maybe a gif? Maybe a poem? Anything positive is welcome!!

As the great blessthefall once said, "You can blame it on wishful sinking."

Wishful thinking can lead to disappointment and misery. Life is not a Disney movie. Not all wishes come true. Work towards what you want.

Look for at least one thing in a negative thought/memory that is somewhat positive at the least. Even the most little alternative thought can count

Stress is not always negative. It can be a driving force or used as motivation. If possible use it to do something great.

@RealTree3 very true! There is good stress, it's how you identify it and work with it that can make a difference. Sometimes we can't identify what is really our source of stress.

Wether you believe you cannot or wether you believe you can, you're right! It always starts with your own belief.

If you put shame in a petri dish and cover it with judgment, silence and secrecy, it grows out of control until it consumes everything in sight—you have basically provided shame with the environment it needs to thrive. On the other hand, if you put shame in a petri dish and douse it with empathy, shame loses power and starts to fade. Empathy creates a hostile environment for shame - it cant survive.-Brené Brown
