I know life may seem hard right now and everything and everyone is out to get you. that's not true. you will get better, it may take some time, but you will become stronger and get through this time. you will never be alone. you're feelings are vaild and you will never be burden to sharing your feelings. it's natural for opening up to someone you trust and close to, and it is healthy to get out out. you are important. you are needed. you are loved. you are so beautiful. eat something, your body needs it. stay hydrated please. reach out if you need help, there will always be someone for you! take a deep breath. you will be okay!

In life not everything is certain and there is so much we dont know but believe in yourself and your abiliities. I genuinely believe everyone is worth something, its hard to see it ourselves at times but you are able, you are strong and you've made it far already. Trust yourself, you can do amazing things. 😊
