yes, it was a conclusion I gained after seeing an online post of someone describing people pleasing as manipulative, and I felt it was so unfair. I feel it is unfair to blame people for adopting a coping mechanism that isn't always in their best interest and that sometimes they are not even aware of. Awareness is a long leaning path, that for me is a place where I find peace in.

Yes! one of the best traits I have learned in therapy was to do all the things I love doing for others, to do it for myself first. More I go on this path, the more I discover that doing for myself what I expect from others,  makes me feel better, more compassionate and more loving.
