Emotions and thoughts can go away like a cloud
What is forever is changes
Your resilience
You can bounce back
One dull moment can be an opportunity to uplift another person going through the same thing
What you go through has purpose
Keep growing
An unkind word - think of a funny tv character saying it
A kind word - record it, make a collage of it, remind yourself you are appreciated
