Hello 7cups CommunitysmileyHow many of you turned in a Support Ticket, a pm to @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn or emailed 7cups due to something technical going on the site? Or those pesky bugssurpriseMany of us have- so we lean on this team to do many things. Let's meet this wonderful team and see what they do...............

Cris- is a senior engineer. he built most of 7 Cups himself originally, still knows the most about how it all works, and does a lot of customer support so he hears when things aren't working. Lately he has been focusing on safety improvements for the community and improving chat.

Heather - is the content strategist and the keeper of our "voice and tone" She writes the scripts for Noni and figures out ways to make her better

Christian- he is head of the product team which currently includes engineering as well as product management and design - he manages the team and tries to figure out what to everyone should work on next. he also has a very good friend who is a twerking elephant sometimes.cheeky

Ezra- Is a senior engineer, helped make the messaging system work better (less lag) Built the newer versions of the mobile app, and programmed the Noni bot. Lately he is focusing on how we work with health systems

Christina- Is a product and design intern and does many many things. She keeps track of all of our experiments, she keeps track of a lot of product specifications and decisions, and she helps out krink in millions of ways

Ched- senior engineer who joined us just a few months ago. He has been working on the California counties we're partnering with, but he is starting to learn the core product and has begun making fixes and improvements there too. He has worked in a lot of cool companies (like disney) and has a lot to teach us about doing things better (with fewer bugs!)

Eric-is an engineer who joined us right around the same time as ched. he is a very good mathematician who got interested in programming and became a software developer. He has been quickly learning the ropes and working on almost all the different parts of 7 Cups.

As well as this team has many weekly meetings and phone calls, other projects and "demands" other admin have for them, correct mistakes, gather stats, go out and meet up with other team mates and work together, and answer those endless tech reports and pm'ssurprise

So please when you can or you see them around please give them all a "thank you" and show them some appreciationsmileyheart

@RumpleSteeleSkin - ah yesh me was just distinguishing Heather C. from Heather N. so may have got the username wrong that way.

btw since then we split the engineering team and the product team into two independent (but very friendly) teams!
