Those are such fun self care ideas! I'll definitely do some. I'll try to get someone to decorate cookies with me, I've always wanted to do that.

An update on my self care list. I´m listening to a detective story audiobook with my mom, having a good time together. I am learning to work with a cash register at my workplace, and while i doubt this was on the original list´s creator´s mind for that point, it is a new skill i´m very proud of so why not?

@sadcat13

I like this list so much! Tho right now i struggle with self care, it feels hard. But i can still try and implement small things after all like practicing gratitude i'm sure it will make a difference!

@schrodingerscattt awww. I know the feeling. I struggle with it too a lot. But we got this. That´s why i love lists like this that don´t give you much restriction on what to do. Just kind of a direction of the prompt, and then the rest is up to you. When selfcare is hard, i like to focus on small things. If you don´t feel the energy to go out for a walk. Open the window for a little to get some fresh air. If you can´t open the window, then just look outside through it for a moment. And if absolutely not dragging yourself to the window. Just stay where you are. Look towards the window. And let your eyes take in the light and whatever you manage to see from your spot. If it is worth doing, it is worth to be done poorly. Don´t stress over not being in capacity to do an entire spa day. It is the tiny things that can make a difference 🌻 I believe in you and you got this 🌻

Another update of the list. I haven't been hydrated this well for ages. Since I started my job, I'm drinking like a camel. Also, taking a walk to the backroom and drink a little is very good way to reset my mind so I like to do it both when bored and overwhelmed. Results? Great hydration.

For the gentle movement, I had my neck stuck yesterday what results in having a headache. I decided to overcome my lazyness and give it a gentle stretch I learnt from a specialised routine aimed at issues like this. I added a few gentle stretches for overall body too, used a pain relieving cream and went to sleep. Neck is as good as new today. (Or at least for now until I don't mess it up again)

For monthly intentions, my intentions for this month are:

- making Christmas postcards and send them to my family and friends

- keep going to work. I love my job so much. Just hope I won't get sick as I'm a seasonal employee for now and I don't want to loose experience by being sick. My boss and coworkers are amazing and i really enjoy being around people and having interactions with them

- make a callendar for my grandma

- embroider a table cloth

- finish a corset

- get the Christmas gifts

- check out the Bible we have at home, since I feel like reading it as I never read the entire of it, always just some shorter versions that were matching my reading age at a time.

Also if someone is wondering why shower point is not crossed out yet. I do shower every day, the problem is the moisturise part I'm absolutely lazy for so keeping it there in hopes of getting it together and giving it a chance before i simply water it down to just have a pleasant shower 😂
