in their wonderful emotional garden,
watering sunflowers of joy🌻, trimming lavender of calm🪻,
and gently tending to the cactus of anxiety🌵
sitting side by side like siblings who don’t always agree, but still both belong.

🌼 Things That Can Co-Exist in the Garden of Feelings🌼
🤔 Some questions for you 🤔
🌻 Have you ever felt two opposite emotions at once? What was that like?
🌵 How could knowing that emotions can mix help you deal with tough stuff?

@AnnaSilverberg
Wow Anna! This post is so amazing!
I love those stories so much, Anna😭 you really add colors 💕to those emotions mixing up (which are really scary and I for one, always gets lost in them)
Thank you so much for taking the time writing this and for tagging me🥹
🌻 Have you ever felt two opposite emotions at once? What was that like?
I'm used to feeling a cluster of emotions everyday because I can be really sensitive. I may be anxious about something, hating myself for sometimes else, and yet still feel really really grateful to seeing you all🥺
I had learned to enjoy this actually, because i think it always stopped one single emotion from getting too intense
🌵 How could knowing that emotions can mix help you deal with tough stuff?
It stopped me from battling with one emotions and self criticizing, its completely okie to feel upset that I lost someone but also feel happy they have went to college🏫
🪻 Which pair above do you relate to most?
Being Vulnerable & Strong. Because I can keeps going and letting go easily since my bad memories and hard time build relationships with people, it helps me walk out of something quickly, but it aslo made me truly vulnerable, because i had been able to move on so easily because I keeps getting hurted and getting abandoned and don't have a choice but develop this strength to move on quickly
@AnnaSilverberg hey 💙🐑
-Yeah, I can say dozen of times I have experienced two opposite emotions at the same time.
It felt like, something new, I can say like a new adventure. Like exactly growing mature.
-im not sure about the second question, well at least just knowing that mix emotions are normal could remove a pressure. To know that there's not something wrong with you.
-i can say I relate the most with having plan and feeling unsure. Cuz in example I know that in future I want to help others, write, and other stuff, and I'm preparing myself for them, with practicing self growth in example. To get more patient etc.
Yet!, at the same time I have almost no clue what exact career path I wanna chose ( Umm Which I have to choose by summer btw) and this unawares overwhelms me sometimes, yet at the same time I don't feel like I don't know what is my purpose of life etc. if I'm even making sense?
Anyway, thanks for the meaningful and handy post 🙂 it was nice learning more about opposite emotions and how to embrace them🤍💫
(Also I'm sorry for ranting)
@NobleSeeker
Writing down those things and being open about them really takes alot of courage, buddy. I'm really proud of you for sharing with us.
I gets you about that part where we know what we wanna our lives to be, wanting to support other's, write. And not sure what career path we'll take to do that, like trying to decide by which transportation we'lll take to get to our destination.
There isn't a perfect answer, nor is there a wrong answer.
Whatever is your choice,Noble buddy, please remember you'll always be the best, in your own unique, precious way. Weather you did ended up in the fields of ai technology or not, doesn't define thw wonderful person you are already.
😛And come on, you aren't ranting, you are just sharing what's been happening and you may not know it, but some people who struggle with the same may stumble upon your words and find comfort and feel less alone.
*sending hugs*
