Hello lovely community!
Needing some confidence? Feeling torn between what the right thing is to say or what the wrong thing is to say? Sometimes we are so preoccupied with going in a straight line. At times do you ever feel you know the answer but then take a step back to see what others think first? Inner acceptance of our creativity is something we tend to underlook. No matter how weird or unusual our ideas seem to shrivel and we withold from sharing anything because our ideas to others may not be conventional. The exercise below reflects that as soon as we are comfortable with ourselves we can become more open with others :) We have this light inside us and we can keep that light alive. We do not see ourselves as right or wrong but as someone that need not a label but a freedom of expression. :)
I invite you to unravel all those doubts in your mind about your capabilities. The “what’s”, the “ifs” and the “but’s” which preoccupies your mind. Relax your body. Let your shoulders rest naturally as they are. Lie down on your back in a space comfortable to you making sure your spine in aligned with your neck. Gently close your eyes.
Throughout this meditation inhale deeply for 4 seconds taking in the flow and pace of your breathing and exhale gently for 5 seconds letting go of the doubts within your mind.
Unwinding my maze of assumptions I let my thoughts be as they are.
As the river that flows naturally.
That follows its path.
Inhale for 4 seconds and imagine the flow of energy near your toes when you inhale and then reaching up to your head as you exhale. The specks of cloudiness in the river are now clear.
Unwinding my maze of assumptions I let my thoughts be as they are.
As the river that flows naturally.
That follows its path.
Again imagine the specks of the cloudiness in the river are now clear from focusing you’re inhaling on the areas of your toes travelling up to your crown as you exhale. Like waves greeting each other at different ends, wanting to tell a story, wanting to find a rhythm. Being everything they can be. Knowing that they are everything they can be. Knowing they are no less. Knowing they can be an extension of whatever they want to be.
Now I invite you to breathe whichever way makes you feel most natural imaging yourself body and mind filled with balls of energy creating different stories on their own accord each time you inhale and exhale.
You have the answers. You have the keys. With each situation you have a mind filled with dreams. Your mind is strong. You can achieve anything you set your mind to.
I can withstand any challenge. With confidence comes will. With confidence comes will. I have that will. I have the will. Willing to accomplish.
I can withstand any challenge. With confidence comes will. With confidence comes strength.
The courage I have comes from within.
The courage I have comes from within.
It’s like an array of colours: the red of passion melting beautifully, with the pink of excitement, with the yellow of optimism.
With every breath I take in the experience.
The unknown sparks an acceptance within me.
With every breath I take in the experience. The unknown sparks create an acceptance within me.
From an acceptance of not knowing what’s to come I can freely think. Create my own stories. Live my own dreams, goals and aspirations.
Not knowing does not mean it’s over. Puzzles have interesting enigmas. To seek help is not a weakness but an inner realisation that nothing is wrong with sharing. With each passage of knowledge comes a glimmer of solidarity.

An acceptance that I can handle the unknown.
I have that presence.
I have the inner love within myself compressing the pressure.
I have that presence.
I have that inner love within myself compressing the pressure.
My words convey my truth and passion.
There is a crown with which I hold my head high. I can present what I feel.
My words convey my truth and passion.
There is a crown with which I can hold my head high. I can present what I feel.
I invite you to inhale and then exhale one last time opening your eyes once you are ready, taking in your surroundings and putting a seal on the word “cannot.”
Thank you all for listening. Know your worth. What you have to say is just as valuable as anyone else. Continue to shine in your way of being
Warm wishes to you all,
