Hello positive community! I hope everyone is doing well! We will be discussing paying it forward and also trying a forum game with the topic. 
We can spread positivity in so many ways, but one of my favorites is to pay it forward to someone else. The act of kindess is incredible and to give someone else something or to do something else for someone can make anyone's day, including yours. I'd like to learn more about the community to see what you can do to pay it forward.

Forum Game! Paying it Forward: Story Scenario
Paying it Forward Scenario, play along with the comment above you. Do something nice for them in their scenario, then continue like a story for the next commenter to pay it forward to you.
**I am at a big chain grocery store, the person in the same aisle is having a difficult time reading the sign. I step in and help them read the sign. Next, I am looking for a product, it's on the top shelf. I can't reach it.

1. What are some examples of paying it forward?
Some examples of paying it forward can be: 1) Listening and Checking up on someone who is in need 2) Donating clothes for others 3) Writing a positive review for a business/ someone who inspires us!! etc.
2. What can you do today to pay it forward?
I feel paying it forward is all about repaying the kindness. So, today I can 1) Help my mom when she is working 2) Teach a simple brain game that interests my granny so she doesn't feel bored and stays healthy 3) Assist my teammate in completing our goals. 
3. Can paying it forward increase your positivity?
Definitely!! Maybe because when we pay it forward, it feels like we are doing something meaningful, there is a strong sense of purpose and there are some things in our control.
NOW GAME!!
I arrive at the store to shop for groceries, then I see KristinHelps having some difficulty reaching a product on the top shelf, so I use my umbrella to grab the product and hand it to KristinHelps. After shopping, suddenly I realize that I can't find my wallet, and I may have left it in my car!!!

I'm at the cash register and I decided to pay it forward by paying for HelpfulStarlight01's groceries, they thanked me and said they forgot their wallet. I leave the store, get into my car, start the ignition and realise I'm out of gas ( Continue )

Some examples include; 1. Helping out a friendby tutoring them. 2. Helping out an elderly in crossing the road. 3. Taking on a leadership role to provide support to other listeners.
2. What can you do today to pay it forward?
Help my little sister with her school assignment.
3. Can paying it forward increase your positivity?
Yes it can! When you pay it forward it makes you happy seeing someone appreciate your effort and it will increase positivity around when they decide pay it forward too!
