Power of a Smile

The power of a smile for me is that no matter how I am feeling if I see someone smile at me it has a impact. For me a smile from a baby has the biggest impact, with them smiling at me I cannot be sad even if for a brief few seconds <3.

Smiles make me feel noticed. When a stranger smiles at me, I can't help but smile back; and by doing so, my steps go a little lighter and I hold my head a little higher. I don't know why, it just always happens like that.
So when I'm out, I try to smile as much as possible, just so other people may feel like I feel when they smile back

A smile is everything, whether it is on others face or yours. On rainy days, a smile can definitely brighten up people's day. Smile more, to yourself and to people around you

I take care of my brother who is struggling with a few mental health issues. His anxiety makes him pretty reclusive, but a few nights ago, I got him to agree to go on a walk with me. While we were out, we passed this sweet older lady who smiled at us and said hello. He is usually wary of strangers, but he gave her a huge bright smile back and even worked up the courage to introduce himself. In that moment, a smile meant hope. I am so grateful to that lady and her beautiful smile.
