We all have purpose, but I have no idea what it is. . . I've said the same thing you did.
Here what I do . . . give yourself at least 5 things you look forward to, it can as simple a your favorite coffee in the morning or being with a pet. Focus on those things, because life is a collection of the smallest in between big things.
