I do use quite a similar approach when I give feedback to someone , and it works great for both me the giver as well as the receiver, I've been told , the feedback framing is great and constructive , with a balance of positive and encouraging words as well as highlighting the areas and "how to " for improvement, followed with suggestions !
I feel, feedback helps us all grow and a balanced constructive and encouraging feedback can really make alot of difference for us !
