Things you are grateful for
I'm grateful for having a good day, for finally getting my meds I needed and that I will have time to actually sleep tonight
I'm grateful for the amazing support system I have
I'm grateful for everything in life really, the negatives (as much as I hate them) & the positives - it has all made me who I am today.
But what I'm grateful for the most would have to be the people that I surround myself with whether that be very close friends, family or partner, they have dealt with me the longest and still have the patience to understand me. When you find the right people to surround yourself with, it makes everything easier.
I also am grateful for the way I am mentally, I understand the positives but also the negatives that come with it, I understand how to overcome certain issues, I'm an overall understanding person & I like to see things from all sides.
I must say it can be hard as it's like tug of war in my head majority of the time and it can drive me nuts!
But that's why there will always be a balance in everything (the good and bad) - from understanding everything to having tug of war in my head.
anywayyyyy, you all should have something to be grateful for, this universe does have it's ugly but also have it's beauty. ![]()
My health, family, friends and community- oh and Flash- my horse
my friends and my family
Im currently grateful for my sister. She has been helping me cope with my depression and heal from my heartbreak. She always listens to me about my day, and how Im currently feeling if something is bothering me. She gives me advice and help on how to manage the stress Im under and encourages me to keep going. Even when I cant even get out of bed to go to the bathroom, she always comes to try to cheer me up. She offers to play video games with me, and hangs around me to take my mind off of the bad stuff. She always makes me laugh and checks on me, even when Im an emotional mess. Shes currently the reason why Im still going and why I want to heal. She is younger than me but she is wise beyond her years and despite her not experiencing what Ive been through, she still manages and tries to help. I want her to know that I love her and care about her so much and that her support means the world to me. Im so lucky to have such a wonderful sister in my life.
To my mum for her ongoing support
