What are some acts of kindness you could do to spread positivity this week?

Some of the ways in which I could spread positivity by being kind is:
- To help around the house more
- Smile more often because you never know when someone could use a smile
- Sit down with a friend or cousin and ask them how they are doing, giving them a space to vent if they need to
- Post more uplifting poems on social media that could reach out to someone who really needs them

My sister says: pick a day and treat our dog to extra pats, take him somewhere, and give him yummy food, etc...
