What is your life's dream?
Hello hello everybody! I hope you are all doing well and had a wonderful weekend! 💗
I wanted to ask everyone about their dreams in life! I think it's really cool to see what everyone would love to get out of life. For me, there are a few different things that I have dreamt of having. I would love to have a beautiful wedding with all my family and friends, have 2 or 3 kids, and have a fulfilling career in genetic counseling. I know that all of these are probably attainable, but ultimately, I just want to be happy with what I have.

Me, my dream used to be simple, but now I don't know any more. Whatever it is, I've promised to listen to my heart more often. And get rid of expectations. If my dream turns out to be a bachelor, be single, and backpack across the country, so be it. If my dream turns out to create a play, or book, or novel, or screenplay, so be it. If my dream turns out to be a simple life with a wife, and kids, so be it. if my dream turns out to be teaching and working with kids, so be it.
Whatever it is, I hope I can find it, because I've felt myself slipping away. Every joyful thing seems too harsh, too bright; every sad thing seems more catastrophic. every shadow becomes a black hole, the world a riot of maelstroms I can't escape from, and I can't face either. More importantly, I know for a fact that it's beginning to get less overwhelming, and I'm beginning to feel less lost, less confused, less scared. And I hope I can find that dream again, listen to the song of my heart again.
To anyone reading this, hang in there. The hum of the heart, the song it sings when it is at peace, is rare and fleeting and elusive for many of us. But its there, and for what its worth, I would give anything to hear it again.
@quietNectarine2624 Hi Nectarine! I love your mindset of whatever happens, will happen. I know it can be hard and we lose that spark sometimes, but it will get better! Life always gets better and I know you will get through these darker times. It happens to all of us ❤️ You are strong and I believe in you! Take care of yourself and don't be too hard on yourself. Do things you enjoy and surround yourself with love!

I want to affordably provide energy for homes, businesses and transportation that is reliable and safe. I think that there is great promise in electromagnetic inductive charging of saline. I believe in zero compromise design philosophy, zero planned obsolescence, system integration, ambient temperature permanent magnetic levitation bearings, and metaconductors relying on tool free assembly and disassembly. I am close to producing my first testing prototype for a pneumatically powered turbine drive system for a full suspension mountain bike that will cruise at 50 M.P.H., generate approximately 94 horsepower, and 6.1 foot pounds of torque! I can purchase all of the materials and supplies at a hardware store within walking distance of my residence, and have the fabrication work done by a manufacturer 30 minutes away on a shoestring budget.

I would love to have a fulfilling job and career and a down to earth and caring life partner who supports my goals,is non judgemental of my past,does not treat me like a mentally ill psychiatric patient like my weird exes did,children only if my aging body allows living in a house near any beach but close enough to the city.
@helloTortoise301 Those are all amazing dreams and I hope that you achieve all of them. You deserve to be treated like a queen!! Don't let how your exes treated you keep you from letting someone treat you better in the future. You are not anything negative that your brain tells you you are. You are amazing and deserve the world!! 💞
i would love to live a simple life somewhere in a cottage in the woods with a massive garden and barn. i'd just bake all day and take up some interests that I've never got to get into before.
@MarleneA That sounds like such a peaceful life! Honestly, it's probably more attainable now more than ever because you could always work a remote job! It's probably hard with the wifi but it's possible! I hope one day you can make this dream come true! 🌼💛
My dream life is to be able to give my mom everything she never knew she needed. I want that more than anything, I just wish I could do more so she can leave this world peacefully. She has had to fight every single day, and has lived her life without ever finding that true romance. I want to give her everything she sacrificed to bring us into this world.
@Sn0r1ax That's amazing and you are incredible for wanting to give her everything. I'm sure she knows how much you love her and love is more valuable than any material items in this world. Even if she didn't experience romantic love, the love of her children is better than anything. You are an amazing child of hers! 💜
My dream is to be able to have my own place, and have some peace and quiet. I can go outside on a balcony and drink coffee, read a book, are just paint.
Where I don't have to worry about my financials or my family.
