The high hopes that I have lol. I believe in a lot of silly things and one of them is 'some day everything will be alright' and no matter how impossible that is.. it still gives a want to fight through the difficult times.
@ChasingShadows
Having high hopes is great and I am glad you believe in a lot of things, it can definitely help in fighting through difficult times!
Hope is so so important, that it can help us build our inner strength and shape our thinking. Often it is said what we think, we attract. Hope can give us courage and drive to believe, and once we truly begin to believe without doubt, we are capable of achieving it.
Believing is powerful!
I believe there is so much more in you than you know, and you have the potential to make things better. Stay Hopeful and Keep Believing, Shadows!

Some times it is hard to keep the hope within view. I often forget and lose sight of what I want. But what brings me back are the people that ask me about my progress in certain things. It reminds me of all of the motivation to lose weight, finish college, and other things.
@BugSCE
I understand, when things are difficult it must be hard to keep the hope within view. It's nice to know the people around you remind you and helps you bring back the hope and motivation.
I hope the best for you, wishing you a life filled with meaningful connections, happiness and blessings.Stay strong and keep going.
Everything is temporary.
Personally for me, are my beliefs and prayers ❤️🙏 they're my main sources of strength and hope especially during tough times 😔
@amoOnii
I am so glad that prayers and beliefs are your main sources of strength and hope during tough times.I hope things get better for you.
Often it is said that what we believe, we receivie. So, trust your journey and keep believing.
Keep believing in your higher power!
@Starmedia
Firstly, resilience. No matter how dark my mind gets, there's always a little voice echoing in the back of it, "You've done this before. You're stronger than this. Rest for now, but once you're ready again, c'mon. Get up. You're armed and ready."
Secondly, the people and things that I love. That little voice echoes again, "Do it for your support group! Do it for the people you know want to see you happy, thriving, and bearing a genuine smile! You remember your favorite bookstore and café? How about you get through this, and then you reward yourself by going there afterwards? Yeah!"
Thirdly, the people that I do not get along with (believe it or not). "You are SO going to spite your toxic relative. She wants to watch you burn. Show her that you're fireproof. Show her that you're the most gorgeous firebird she'll ever see. Blind her with that glorious comeback."
Last but not least... "Think of ONE reason why you should stay. ...CURIOSITY! That's what! I'd just like to see what the heck could happen to me next!" (Quoted from the Andy Capp comics; unfortunately I cannot find the particular strip in question, but I took it from there.
)
Thank you for the lovely discussion~
@TheAutumnWitch
Resilience is so important, Autumn! Resilience requires so much strength and I totally admire your strength. Also, I totally agree that our dear ones who support us, and whom we want to keep supporting can be a great source of hope too! And, yes I do believe even those who challenge us can be a source of hope.
Let's gather our strength, courage, and show them how fireproof, bulletproof we are. Let's rise to our power so high that we rise above any toxic situation!
Finally, yes curiosity is so important, it's the most powerful thing we own, it's the spark behind the willingness to learn and every great idea!
Loved your answer so much, Autumn! Stay strong, Stay Curious and Keep rising!
