When I'm alone, one thing I do is .........

Blast music while baking then read while it's in the oven.

I cry, because I'm tired of holding it all in and pretending I'm ok in front of everyone else.

Think too much about bad things. Write in my journal or write poetry/songs. Sing.

When Im alone i listen to Sia to boost my confidence

Call a friend, play some videogame, make something or go out.

I sing along to My Chemical Romance, Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy and Twenty One Pilots. It transports me.

I listen to music and play video games and/or chat with friends online. Sometimes I'll draw something or just doodle.

I start to sing and dance, I get to be free with no ones judgement
