Who helped you recently?

Few of my close friends helped me are helping me to cope up with the changing situations in my life. I am so grateful of them. :)

my 72yo neighbor- been there always for me- wise and optimistic

My friend helped me clear up some irrational thoughts I was having about my relationship with a close friend of mine.

I posted a meme on one of the fb groups which was dominated by men after which I got only negative comments because of people sick mentality and most importantly because that was the first time a girl was posting a meme on that group. I was upset until I called up by friend to tell this and it turned out that we were then laughing together reading that comments. So, having a person really helps, try to talk and share how you feel with genuine people.

Who inspired you recently? God and my brother

How did the act of kindness inspire you? It inspired me to be more kind to others around me. being non-judgmental and not choosing who to be kind to.

Jesus Helped me today by keeping His promise to keep me safe today
