Break up heart broken
It is my fault I should have done things differently after 2 years radio silence just need help on how to feel the emptiness I can’t stand to sit in silence.

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way right now. Heartbreak—especially after so long and with so much silence—can make the world feel hollow. That kind of pain doesn’t just sting, it echoes, and the silence you’re sitting in can feel suffocating. You’re not weak for feeling lost in it.
It’s so easy to blame ourselves, to replay everything over and over with “I should have…” But please remember: you did your best with who you were and what you knew then. You were human. You were trying. And you still are.
You don’t have to fill the emptiness all at once. Start with something small—music, even if it makes you cry… walking somewhere new, even if your chest aches… talking here, even if your voice shakes. You're allowed to take up space in your own healing.
You’re not alone in this. And you won’t feel like this forever, even if it feels endless now. I’m here with you. Keep talking if you need to—I’ll be here. 🖤
Thank you. It is hard just had a no contact agreement. It hurts so bad to look at my phone and not see his text know I can’t text him. I need to heal myself I tried to control a situation and it got out of hand I was living a double life because I didn’t set boundaries. It’s all my fault I lost the best man and it hurts knowing I broke him in this too.
I know we were talking on my post but I was living a double life too. And it was my fault. I fully understand your pain and am going through the exact same thing. You are not alone
Thank you again I would love to talk through because waking up with nothing from him cuts me deep going to sleep without him hurt. He left so I am in a home with his ghost everyday. I can’t leave bc I am moving so I have pack.
I'm here for you. I am new to this app and don't really know if we can message back and forth outside of this but I'm here and you're not alone. The pain is excruciating and the silence is deafening. No matter what mistakes were made you are worthy of love and deserve to be out of pain

Thank you I wish we could I am new too so I am not sure if there is a way to bc that would help calm the chaos in my mind.
I don't know if there is a way for us to chat I can't figure that out. Do you want to try to set up a group chat together that we can talk in real time? I am on pacific standard time. Let me know a time that works for you and I'll try and set it up

Damn. I feel the same. I was unable to control my rage issues that stemmed from insecurity. She gave no reason for me to feel insecure as such, she was very honest and open about every thing. I was the one, too scared of losing her, so i lost my self instead... and now that she's broken up with me it feels like nothing is left. its like she was a regulated, healed person, and my trauma was too much for her. even though, she changed careers and became a therapist while we were living together....for 8 years... she was also my first love. we were together 2 years till she got married to a man. she left him like 4 years later to be with me. but... i could never feel safe.
That’s a lot I am sorry to hear that. I understand I have a lot of trauma I brought in as did he. But he went looking for answers one night to something that I did lie to him about and he had given me a second chance however my ex too advantage of me after surgery I was very doped up. I did not realize what I was doing. It was horrible and he sent those text to my then bf. I stood no chance but watching that tear apart his beautiful soul cuts me deep and I took accountability but he could not move past it and now I feel I have nothing in life worth going finding meaning everyday is hard.
